Adam Dodge Ostrofsky is the executive chef and owner of Feast and The Fable Catering. We are based in Charlestown, MA.

Adam was not always a chef, but dabbled in kitchens while focusing on theatre and photography. After a life changing accident in December of 2000, he changed his entire view on life. While healing he wanted to become a chef, This made him change his career to appreciate what he has always loved the most, culinary arts.

Chef Adam is a 2005 graduate of California Culinary Academy.

He has a strong passion for bringing a professional experience to his clients. He has over 30 years working in kitchens and with award winning teams. His passion is to provide a farm to table experience using modern technique. He isn’t just any personal chef, he’s got a long list of restaurants he’s cooked in over the years.

At Feast and The Fable we take pride in delivering gourmet catering and private dining services that span the greater Boston area and extend into Connecticut, New York, and Rhode Island. We are known for offering organic, intimate in-home private dining to our clients. We enjoy cooking multi course tasting menus’s using locally sourced specialty items. Or family style menus’ catered for those who want interaction, with the same esthetic as the multi course, but with more volume. We also bring our own plates and silverware to events, to elevate your experience.
